Backups
Backup plans to ensure your data is safe at rest and archived, offsite and in multiple locations. Backup plan verification against corruption and bad practices.
Data Backup
Many companies confuse Backups with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans and falsely believe they are completely covered from date disasters, which leaves them in a very vulnerable position once a disaster strikes.
A Backup is a copy or archived point in time of your data, stored normally on a different media types like tapes, disks or cloud storage. This allows you to revert back in time to when a file is deleted, overwritten or corrupted.
Stay Safe
A working backup does not mean that you have a Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity plan in place without a plan in place the business is at risk of failing in the event of a data disaster. In instances where business do not have a recovery plan in place it can take 7 days or longer to recovery from a Disaster event.
